JSW Motors hosts first-ever supplier conference to build future-proof electric vehicle ecosystem –

JSW Motors Limited, the new energy passenger vehicle subsidiary of the JSW Group, in collaboration with the Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), organized the first ever Supplier Partner Conference and Technology Exhibition at its manufacturing facility in Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

The event, which brought together over 100 auto component manufacturers, industry stakeholders and JSW Motors’ internal team, marked a key step for the company in building a strong localized automotive ecosystem.

The conference was designed to serve as a platform for coordination and collaboration, providing suppliers with a clear view of JSW Motors’ product and technology roadmap as it prepares for upcoming vehicle launches. It also highlights the importance of working with partners early on to shape supply chains for the future.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ranjan Nayak, CEO, JSW Motors Limited, emphasized that a strong supplier network is crucial for building world-class mobility solutions. He noted that the meeting reflected the company’s strong focus on localization and long-term partnerships as it approaches its first product launch.

Mr. Vikrampati Singhania, Chairman of ACMA, emphasized the increasingly important strategic role of suppliers in the transition to new energy vehicles. He noted that such initiatives would help align the industry’s technological direction, scale and investment needs while enhancing India’s competitiveness in the global automotive value chain.

The conference includes leadership sessions, strategy discussions and technology showcases covering innovations in automotive design, development and manufacturing. It also serves as a platform to deepen engagement, encourage knowledge sharing and build long-term partnerships.
