BYD India has announced price revisions in its electric passenger vehicle lineup, effective July 1, 2026. The revision due to constant foreign exchange fluctuations will result in a price increase of 1-2% depending on the model and variant.
To provide greater value assurance to customers, the company will continue to offer the current prices for bookings made during May and June 2026, provided deliveries are completed by July 31, 2026. However, all bookings made from July 1, 2026 onwards will be subject to the revised pricing structure.
Mr. Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicle (EPV) Business at BYD India, said, “This price revision is in response to foreign exchange fluctuations. Even in a challenging market environment, BYD India remains focused on providing high value, advanced, safe and premium electric mobility solutions to customers. We are seeing strong demand in the market for products like BYD ATTO 3 and BYD SEALION 7, reflecting the growing confidence in premium electric mobility among Indian consumers.”
