The XEV 9S is an expression of Mahindra’s signature heartcore design philosophy. Its athletic stance, clean lines, glossy finish, tech-packed interior and carefully balanced proportions scream ‘premium SUV’ and create a sense of purpose and maximum space. Built on the proven INGLO platform, the XEV 9S features I-Link suspension at the front with Intelligent Adaptive Dampers and 5-link independent suspension at the rear. It is powered by an advanced LFP battery that comes with a lifetime warranty and offers a range of 500 km in real world usage. The SUV also features brake-by-wire with integrated electric braking (IEB) and high-power steering with variable gear ratio (VGR) for better handling and control.
Positioned as India’s largest electric SUV, the The third row offers practicality with 50:50 split seats, making it ideal for large families and long journeys.
The second row experience is designed like a luxury lounge, offering powered boss mode, ventilated seats, recline and slide adjustment, sunshades, acoustic laminated glass, wireless charging, BYOD capability, a lounge desk and LiveYourMood ambient environment mode.
In terms of safety and well-being, the XEV 9S is equipped with 7 airbags, five radars and a vision camera supported by L2+ ADAS, DOMS (Identity) with driver drowsiness detection and Secure360 Pro.
Connectivity is a major strength with 140+ connected features including digital key, NFC access, charge scheduler and personalized user profiles. The performance is equally impressive with 210 kW of power, 380 Nm of torque and 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 7 seconds, making it the fastest 7-seater EV in its class with a top speed of 202 km/h and 205 mm ground clearance (222 mm on battery).
Driver-centric technologies include VisionX AR HUD, Identity Occupant Monitoring, Autopark Assist, multiple drive modes (Default, Range, Race, Everyday), a compact 10 meter turning circle, 6-way powered memory seats, CapTouch Control and Smart Climate Control with Keep Mode.
Entertainment is enhanced with a 16-speaker Harman Kardon system with Dolby Atmos, three 31.24 cm screens, 5G connectivity, ambient lighting, smart climate camp mode and a suite of Fun & Work apps for productivity and relaxation.
The
