TVS iQube beats Bajaj Chetak Electric

With this sale, iQube has managed to beat its major rival Bajaj Chetak Electric, as Bajaj Auto has sold a total of 1,121 units of Chetak in April 2022, which is 2285.11 on a year-on-year basis as against 47 units sold in April 2021. percentage increase. In this way, Chetak has lagged behind iCube in terms of sales even after increasing its sales.

Let us tell you that TVS recently launched the updated version of iCube keeping in mind the increasing competition in the market and now it is available in a total of 3 variants with S and ST, not just iCube standard. The new model is being offered in India with 11 color options and ranges from 75km to 140km depending on the variant.

The standard model costs Rs 98,564 in India, while the S variant costs Rs 1,08,690 (ex-showroom). Bookings are currently available for Rs 999 for the base and S variants, while the prices of the ST variants will be revealed at a later stage. The ST variant of the TVS iTub has been given a 5.1kWh battery pack, which claims a range of 140 km on a single charge.

Bajaj Chetak Electric

The base and S variants use a 3.4kWh battery pack, which claims a range of 75km and 100km, respectively, on a single charge. The battery pack works in conjunction with a hub-mounted motor, which develops power of 4.4 kW (6 hp). It now also gets features like five-way joystick for interaction, music control, proactive notifications with vehicle health, 4G telematics, OTA updates, theme personalization, voice assist, TVS iCube Alexa skillset and storage.
