Ultraviolette Automotive has strengthened its presence in India by entering the North-East region with the launch of its first UV Space Station in Aizawl, Mizoram. Set up in partnership with MSS Motors, the new facility marks Ultraviolette’s debut in Northeast India and will provide a comprehensive range of sales, service and customer support functions for the company’s electric motorcycle lineup.

Designed as a complete experience centre, the Aizawl outlet will provide customers access to vehicle sales, test rides, aftersales support, accessories and branded merchandise. This expansion is part of UltraViolet’s broader strategy to expand access to its electric mobility products and strengthen its nationwide retail and service network.

The experience center will showcase Ultraviolette’s performance-focused electric motorcycles including the F77 and X-47. Equipped with a 10.3 kWh battery pack, the motorcycles offer an IDC-certified range of up to 323 km on a single charge, while producing 40.2 hp of power and 100 Nm of torque.

Commenting on the expansion, Narayana Subramaniam, CEO and Co-Founder, Ultraviolette, said that the Northeast is one of India’s most vibrant motorcycle communities, with a strong passion for riding and adventure tourism. He said the growing customer interest in the region made Aizawl a natural choice for the company’s first experience center in Northeast India.

The launch follows UltraViolet’s several recent initiatives aimed at accelerating EV adoption, including its ‘Kill the Petrol Bill’ program, which offers benefits of up to ₹30,000 to eligible customers based on their past vehicle usage, and its partnership with Bolt.Earth to expand the reach of charging infrastructure across the country.

Located at Ramhalun North near Zengana Petrol Pump, the Aizawl UV Space Station will serve as UltraViolet’s first customer touchpoint in Northeast India, supporting the brand’s efforts to bring high-performance electric mobility solutions to a wider audience.
