Ultraviolet, a leading Ultraviolet in advanced EV platforms and battery technology, has set a new benchmark with the launch of the world’s first radar-acquired motorcycle-X-47 crossover. This marks a significant leap in the future of milestone dynamics, strengthening the commitment of ultraviolet to the creation of competitive EVS globally that demonstrates Indian innovation and technical leadership on the world stage.
Infected with aviation DNA, the X-47 represents a development in the ultraviolet product lineup for the Indian market. The X-47 is designed for engineers and everyday riders, thrillers and enthusiasts. With its honest riding posture, rider-centric ergonomics, onboard charger and abundant torque, X-47 provides better control, strength and adaptability in various areas, whether it ensures rest-to ensure rest-navigating on the streets of the city or conquering long distance.
Narayan Subramaniam, CEO and co -founder of Ultraviolet commented, “In Ultraviolet, innovation defines what we do, and with the X -47 crossover we have built a motorcycle from the ground to change the experience of full ride. With that vision, we have united the first radar and camera of the world. Can expect mobility.
Built on the Ultraviolet’s industry -component powertrain architecture and advanced vehicle platform, the X -47 is an electric crossover designed for unmatched performance and versatility. Powered by 10.3 kwh battery pack, X-47 gives a peak output of 40.2 hp (30 kW) and torque of an impressive 100 nm. This allows the motorcycle to be faster at 0–60 km/h in just 2.7 seconds and achieves a top speed of 145 km/h. With the IDC range of up to 323 km, the X-47 sets a new benchmark for endurance in its orbit.
The X-47 has cutting-eads 10th general bosch dual-channel Abswith switchable mode, which have been added with 3-level traction controls for rider confidence enhanced in diverse ride conditions. The braking performance is powered by Brembo, with a 320mm front disc equipped with a certain four piston caliper and a 320 mm front disc, complemented by a 230 mm rear disc with a floating piston caliper, provides stoppage power in every landscape.
The X-47 Sports 41 mm reverse cartridge-type front forksand with a rear mono-shock, both with preload adjustability. This setup ensures a fine tut, responsible and adaptable riding experience that is rider and friendly for the road.
Neeraj Rajmohan, CTO and co -founder of ultraviolet said, “In Ultraviolet, technology drives our vision, shapes our identity, and whatever we make, defines it, defines who we are. With X -47, with X -47, we have an electric motorcycle to an electric motorcycle. Engineer with a detailed wheelbase and long journey suspension for better stability, X-47 also introduces industry-first radial all-allaca tires, provides increased grip and confidence on various surfaces. Riders can select three separate mode – Glide, Combat and Ballistic, which can sew riding experiences on urban roads, dynamic conditions or high performance demands.
UV radar intellect
The ultraviolet X-47 is equipped with a 77 GHz long distance rear radar that monitors up to 200 meters, adapted to lean angles (up to 20 °), rolls and two-wheelers for the pitch. Powered by UV hypersensions, it is the world’s first motorcycle with an advanced rider aid system (ARAS) as standard. The system enhances rider safety through four major features:
The blind-spot monitoring-blind detects rapidly incomplete vehicles in the zone. Lane change assistance – Warning of possible conflict during lane change. Overtake alert – alert when vehicles arrive from behind to overtake. The rear collision explore warning-rare-end threats, warns the rider, and activates danger lights.
This success sets a new benchmark in motorcycle safety and awareness.
Ultraviolet X -47 Charging Innovation:
The X-47 is the world’s most power-dense air-cooled onboard charger, which are fully developed at home. Compatible with AC and Type 2 charging, it provides safe, reliable charging with protection against Serge, Grounding Mosques, and EMI/EMC intervention – also completing full performance in high environment temperatures (45–50 ° C).
Ultraviolet also introduces a groundbreaking parallel promotion charging system. This allows in-house innovation onboard and external chargers to work together, doubles charging power and reduces charge time using a standard 16A AC supply. The system ensures anytime, anywhere, fast, safe and efficient charging.
