Zypp Electric, India’s major technology-powered EV-A-Service platform, is ready to replace the final-meal logistics with a major detail in partnership with Indoffast Energy-a 50-50 between Indianl and Sun Mobility Joint venture. The company has planned to deploy 100,000 electric two-wheelers (E2WS) over the next 12–18 months, which manufactures 10,000+ EV’s current fleet supported by Indofast Energy Battery-Swapping Infrastructure. Taking advantage of the broad network of Indofast Energy, the purpose of this expansion is to streamline operations and run EVs on a large scale in major cities.
Zypp Electric has set an ambitious target of obtaining 100% electrification by 2028, and this mass deployment is a step in that direction. The extended fleet will help the company gain five times the growth, from 20,000 to 100,000 vehicles within the next 12 to 18 months and 500,000 vehicles will be carried forward in the next 36 to 48 months. This initiative will run wide EV adoption, which will ensure the easy and durable last-meal logistics India.
The new fleet of 100,000 E2WS will be deployed in the top eight cities in India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Lucknow and Jaipur, which has increased efficiency for delivery partners and enterprises. With state-of-the-art battery swapping network of Indofast Energy, riders receive a game changer in unlimited range and near-zero downtime- urban dynamics. Its rapid 60 -second battery swap ends the charging weight for a long time, which puts the delivery partner and EV users on the move. In Delhi NCR and Bangalore, Indofast Energy has a broad network of swap stations that are strategically placed at a distance of 1.5 km every 1.5 km, ensuring seamless and hassle -free battery access. This dense coverage delivery is a game-changer for professionals, which helps them to maximize productivity and earnings by reducing operating stress.
