Raptee.HV expands to Bengaluru with India’s first HV-TEC motorcycle T30

Chennai-based electric motorcycle maker Raptee.HV, India’s first motorcycle built on electric car DNA, has announced its expansion into Bengaluru, marking its first move beyond its home market. This expansion brings the company’s advanced technology platform and customer-centric ownership experience to the technology hub of India, as Raptee.HV enters the next phase of its nationwide growth strategy.

Over the past six years, Raptee.HV has re-imagined the electric motorcycle from first principles by developing HV-TEC, a platform that brings electric car DNA to motorcycles. Backed by more than 200 patents, the company’s vertically integrated technology platform spans battery systems, power electronics, embedded software and vehicle intelligence, focused on solving real-world rider challenges around charging convenience, performance, reliability and long-term ownership confidence.

At the heart of this expansion is the new Bengaluru Experience Centre, where customers can explore the technology behind the T30, experience the motorcycle through test rides, and avail of dedicated service support and after-sales care, providing an ownership experience built around convenience and long-term support.

Commenting on the expansion, Dinesh Arjun, CEO and Co-Founder, Raptee.HV, said: “Bengaluru is a city that appreciates meaningful innovation, making it an ideal location for our first expansion. At Raptee.HV, we have always believed that technology is only as good as the experience it delivers for customers. That’s why every decision we’ve made, from our electric car DNA platform to our dedicated customer support and roadside assistance, has one purpose in mind: to empower riders. Providing complete confidence at every stage of their ownership journey.”

At the heart of this experience is the Raptee.HV T30, built on HV-TEC, which is compatible with the widely adopted CCS2 charging standard, giving motorcyclists access to over 30,000 public charging points across India, while also supporting fast home charging, making every day commute and long distance travel significantly more convenient.

Priced at ₹2.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the Raptee T30 offers a real-world range of 150 km and accelerates from 0-60 km/h in less than 3.5 seconds. This is backed by an 8-year/80,000 km battery warranty, 3-year vehicle warranty, dedicated customer support and roadside assistance, reinforcing Raptee.HV’s commitment to providing an ownership experience built on trust.

Following the successful launch of customer deliveries in Chennai earlier this year, Bengaluru becomes Raptee.HV’s second operational market and the first step in its broader national expansion strategy. The company plans to continue expanding across major Indian cities and bring its electric car DNA platform to a wider community of riders.
