Mahindra to launch eKUV this year, powerful range of 250Km in single charge

The dominance of electric vehicles is increasing in India. And accordingly new electric cars are also coming. Mahindra is bringing more than one electric car this year to compete with Tata Motors as well as MG Motors and Hyundai Motors in the electric car segment.

In which there will also be a cheap car Mahindra KUV100 Electric. Its concept model was showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo last year and now it will be introduced in the Indian market this year in the festival season. Mahindra is going to present its eKUV100 to the world in July this year. Mahindra eKUV100 will compete with Tata Tigor Electric as well as upcoming electric cars from Maruti and other companies.

This entry-level electric car will be powered by a 15.9kWh battery pack, which will be capable of producing up to 54 bhp (40kW) of power and 120 Nm of torque. Its look will be very similar to its prototype version and in this the company can give good standards and safety features, which are very important at the present time. By the way, no clear information has come about the battery range, but according to media reports, it can easily run up to 200 kilometers in a single charge. If we talk about charging, then it can be fully charged in 6 hours with regular AC charger at home and at fast charging point then it can be fully charged in less than an hour. Talking about the possible price, it can be launched in India between Rs 9 lakh and Rs 11 lakh.
