Lohum, India’s largest producer and processor of sustainable critical minerals and one of the largest producers outside China, has appointed Mr. Arun Mittal as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lohum India, a part of Lohum Corporation. Is announced, which is effective immediately. Mr. Mittal joins from Exide Energy, where he served as Managing Director and CEO.
With nearly three decades of leadership in the battery industry, Mr. Mittal brings extensive experience to Lohum. He has led Exide’s lithium-ion technology initiative for e-mobility applications and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint in Southeast Asia. A member of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), and ICMAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India), Mr. Mittal combines deep industry expertise with a strong background in finance and governance. .
