GSM launched XANH SM Platform, Laos started official distribution of Vinfast VF 3 and VF 5 EVS vampires

Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM), Southeast Asia’s first All-Electric Ride-Helling Service, the operator behind the SM has officially launched the XNH SM platform in Laos. Along with this launch, GSM also announced the official distribution of two Winfast Electric Vehicle Models – VF3 and VF5 in the Lotian market.

It marks Laos as the second international destination after Vietnam, where GSM is mixing its integrated model with electric vehicle distribution with eco-conscious riding-hyling services. The move represents a major milestone in GSM’s “Go Green Global” strategy, strengthening the company’s leadership in exporting Vietnam’s permanent transport ecosystem into a broader field.

After the operation of over a year in Viantiyane, Wang Wing, Sawanakhat and Champaasak, Zan SM has received strong support from Laotian customers. The service has traveled over 8 million electric kilometers, helping to reduce carbon emissions by an amount equal to an annual absorption of 70,000 trees. These results reflect both environmental impact and the receptivity of the local market to the GSM’s green mobility model.

Construction on this foundation, GSM is now launching the XANH SM platform-one open technology solution that strengthens the Vinfast VF 5 owners in Laos to become partners riding and generate permanent income.

A highly competitive revenue-sharing model offers up to 87% of the drivers who offer rent income up to 87%-the highest-Xanh SM platform not only ensures attractive earnings in the Lotian market, but also provides access to a large customer base through Xanh SM Ecosystem. Partners will benefit from comprehensive training programs aligned with international standards for green transport services.

Incidentally with platform launch, GSM also opened its first Winfast showroom in Laos, which is located in Kayon Fomine Road, Fakao Village, Zaithani district. The company officially started selling Vinfast VF 3 and VF 5 and launched, served as an exclusive distributor for Vinfast vehicles in GSM LAOS.

Vinfast VF 5 is a compact urban SUV, which is ideal for serving service with its huge interior, smart design and customized performance. It is listed in 450,297,000 KIP (approximately USD 20,690, VAT). Customers submitting before May 31, 2025 will get a direct discount of 9,794,000 KIP (USD 450) and enjoy 50% from charging fees for two years (till 30 June 2027). Alternatively, charging benefits can be converted to 1,000 cash discounts at a vehicle price. This brings the total incentive package to 31,558,000 kIPs (USD 1,450), which reduces the effective cost to only 418,740,000 KIP (USD 19,240).

The Vinfast VF 3 is a four-seat mini electric car designed for everyday personal use-Youva is perfect for drivers and first for car owners. The price of VF 3 is 269,656,000 KIP (USD 12,390, VAT). Early customers depositing by May 31, 2025 will get a discount of 5,440,000 KIP (USD 250) and a discount of 50% for two years (till June 30, till 2027). Customers can also convert this profit to USD 250 cash deduction from procurement price, which can lead to a total incentive price of 10,880,000 kIP (USD 500), reducing the effective price to about 11,890 USD.

Launch of Xanh SM platform simultaneously and the official distribution of VF 3 and VF 5 in LAOS strengthens the presence of Vietnamese innovation on the global green mobility map. It also shows the long -term commitment of GSM to support Lotian people in the manufacture of a modern, environmentally friendly and durable transport infrastructure.
