Byd launched China’s first Nav-based all-round circuit in Zhengzhou

Published:

Byd officially opened its all-terrain circuit in Zhengzhou, designed for the first time in China for new energy vehicles (NEVs), as well as with many others under the plan. Track racing, professional racer training and a site for diverse circuit experiences to promote the circuit Neo culture, symbolizes the concept of ‘Technology for Technology’ for all, to serve as a site.

The circuit includes eight experience areas, including indoor sand tibba, cum-friction ring, kick-plate, wading pool, dynamic padock, race track, off-road park, camping area.

The first All-Terrane Circuit provides diverse driving experience

Different from traditional single-track designs, byd zhengzhou all-terrain circuit offers a specific experience that crosses vehicle water, indoor sand dunes climbing, off-roading, among others, where visitor can detect diverse landscribers at a stop.

The characteristic of 29.6 meter vertical drop and 28 degree slope, Zhengzhou Indoor Sand Dune has been certified as the highest and largest tibba climbing feature for car testing by Guinness World Records. For all the Alaxa desert’s granular composition, manufactured with 6,200 tonnes of sand, it offers an authentic tibba-kosane experience for all.

The 70 meter long water crossing pool is specially designed for Yangwang U8. Underwater observation glass, visible E4 can witness a vehicle that moves easily, turning or reversed in water under the control of the E4 platform, which has re -defined the security standard in extreme driving scenarios.

When providing extraordinary driving experience, the circuit also serves as an ideal place to demonstrate safety technologies in NEV. The kick-plate simulates the condition of the icy road with a wet, polish cement surface. Using movable suction plates to simulate the loss of control, it allows drivers to experience emergency situations in a controlled environment.

Low friction circle, China’s first 44-meter-spherical circular track, consisting of 30,000 smooth basalt bricks and is combined with a 3 mm water-watery surface. It ensures a constant friction coefficient between ice and ice. Users can easily achieve stable drifts with mixed-tier electronic control reaction and intelligent body control system in this region, which gives everyone the fun of flowing.

From race track to off-road fun

The 1,758-meter race track includes nine decrease and 550 m straight acceleration section. Drivers may experience thrilling acceleration at straight or testing vehicles in extreme corners.

The 15,300-class-meter dynamic padock includes more than a dozen scenarios, such as the standard slallum, mousse testing and automatic parking, displaying a full range of intelligent techniques of Byd.

A total of 27 off-road landscapes, from early to advanced levels, enabled the fun of off-road driving to be accessible to widespread audiences. Even an urban SUV confidently navigate through an early level area with intelligent all-wheel drive.

Two more circuits to come

Apart from Zhengzhou circuit, bead circuits in Hefei and Shoxing will also open soon. In particular, the off-road area in shoxing covers 2,000 acres of land at an altitude of 500 meters.

BYD and Federation of Automobile and Motorcycle Sports of China (CAMF) officially announced a “new track scheme” to present more people, target 1 million and nurture 100 professional racers.

CAMF President Guojun Zahan said, “Beed Circuit will accelerate commercialization of China’s NEV racing events and reopen China’s motor vehicle culture.”

All area circuits of BYD more than collection of places; They collectively represent a reunion of NEV driving experience. By making state -of -the -art technologies, professional features, and extreme scenarios, the purpose of the circuits is to break the obstacles, serve as a bridge to popularize a showcase and NEV culture for NEV innovations.
