Argon Labs and Omega Seki Pvt. Limited IPC Strategic Partnership Form to start technology | Vampire

Ergon Labs, a growing innovator in Light EV Povertrain Technologies has participated with Omega Seki Private. Ltd. (OSPL), one of India’s fast extended electric vehicle manufacturers, to introduce the Integrated Power Converter (IPC) technology. Through this strategic cooperation, starting with the OSPL L5 segment, Ergon’s advanced IPC will become the first original tool manufacturer to include its electric three-wheelers. To further strengthen its partnership, Omega Seki Pvt. Limited has placed an order of 50 crores for Ergon’s IPC technology, which will be used to provide electricity to its upcoming vehicle variants.

The IPC, a ground-breaking component that adds on-board charger and motor controller to a single compact unit provides unprecedented performance, reliability and charging facilities for electric three-wheelers. The partnership also includes a strategic investment by Mr. Uday Narang, founder and president of Omega Siki Private. Ltd., in Argon Labs. As part of the agreement, the advisory board of Shri Narang Ergon will join the board.

Ergon’s IPC technology provides several industries-first benefits for vehicle operators and fleet owners, including 30% better patience, 50% faster charging (adding more than 50 km range within an hour), and 30% lower system cost compared to traditional setups. It also reduces the complexity of wires and increases vehicle efficiency. After comprehensive road testing over 50,000 km, complete certification is expected within next month.

Strategic roadmap and market effects

The first commercial deployment of 2,000 units in FY26 is planned across India across India, which begins with the L5 passenger segment – rapidly growing market and growing adoption in rapidly growing market and metro cities and regional centers by aggregators such as Rapido, Ola, and Uber.
