Okinawa Autotech is going to launch the new electric Oki90 in the Indian market. Its launch is going to happen on March 24. Before the launch, the company has presented a glimpse of the scooter. The design and features of this electric scooter can be guessed by looking at the new teaser image. The scooter has been spotted testing several times in recent times. Know what will be special in this scooter:

Design and Features

The Okinawa Oki 90 electric scooter will come with a bold design. It will get LED headlamps, LED turn indicators, and LED taillight. The scooter will be given bigger alloy wheels like a motorcycle. The seats are expected to provide adequate riding comfort to the rider and passenger. At the rear, it gets a thick grab rail. It will also get a fully digital instrument cluster, switch gears on both the handles, a compact rider footboard.

scooter in a single charge is powered by a rear wheel hub-mounted DC electric motor, which gets power from the battery. The company has already told that it will be a high-speed electric scooter. It covers 150 km in a single charge. Will offer a range of up to Its top speed can be 90 kmph. 

The company has high hopes from this upcoming electric scooter to compete  with them. In the market, it can compete with electric scooters like Ola S1, Simple One, Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, Ather 450X. Okinawa is one of the leading electric two-wheelers in the country. The company recently announced the opening of its second electric vehicle production facility in Rajasthan.
