Nitin Gadkari inaugurated UltraViolet Automotive’s 40th experience center in India with the launch of a new UV Space Station in Nagpur, marking another milestone in the company’s retail and service network expansion.
The newly launched UV Space Station represents an important step in Ultraviolette’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the emerging mobility markets in India. The feature is designed to provide customers with a comprehensive brand experience including product exploration, sales and after-sales service support.
The inauguration by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari highlights the growing importance of electric mobility and expansion of EV infrastructure in major cities of India.

The newly established UV Space Station, in partnership with dealer Quantum Surge Motors LLP, will provide customers an immersive experience to explore UltraViolet’s performance motorcycles – the X-47 Crossover and the F77. The UV Space Station is a 3S facility and is designed to provide a comprehensive experience, starting with a test ride experience, sales, service and a range of motorcycle accessories – all under one roof. The Experience Center will showcase the company’s performance motorcycles, the X-47 and F77s. The products redefine electric performance with a powertrain producing 40.2 hp and 100 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 60 kmph in just 2.8 seconds. Equipped with a 10.3 kWh battery, it claims an IDC range of 323 kilometers on a single charge.
Built on Ultraviolette’s intensive engineering and platform-based innovation, the X-47 crossover is the world’s first electric motorcycle in its segment to offer radar as a standard, marking a decisive shift in the way performance electric motorcycles are designed and experienced. The motorcycle features a rider-centric interface with a 5-inch TFT display, three different ride modes, long-travel suspension and the industry’s first radial all-terrain tyres, providing confidence, stability and control in a variety of riding conditions.
Advanced safety and intelligence is provided through Ultraviolette’s UV Radar Intelligence, powered by a 77 GHz rear radar and the UV HyperSense advanced rider assistance system, which enables functions such as blind-spot monitoring, lane change assist, overtake alert and rear collision warning. The X-47 also features the world’s most power-dense air-cooled onboard charger, engineered, developed and designed in-house by Ultraviolette, along with an integrated dashcam system. This engineering-led approach has earned recognition in the automotive industry, including recognition from leading automotive awards as EV Motorcycle of the Year, reinforcing UltraViolet’s ambition to create globally competitive electric mobility solutions from India.

The company has also recently introduced ‘Battery Flex’ (BaaS), a flexible ownership model, which aims to lower the entry barrier for performance electric motorcycles by offering greater flexibility in battery usage and ownership. Under this initiative, customers can now own the Ultraviolette X-47 starting at ₹1,49,000, with battery subscription plans starting at ₹2,499 per month.
This model enables customers to purchase the motorcycle chassis separately while subscribing to the battery through a monthly plan, making performance electric mobility more accessible. This initiative further strengthens Ultraviolette Automotive’s ecosystem-led approach to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in India.
