Completely designed and developed at home, this state -of -the -art app aims to simplify and enhance electric vehicle ownership experience. The official launch took place on 26 January 2025 with the 76th Republic Day of India, and the company’s managing director, Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, Chairman, Mr. Bajranglal Agarwal and the company’s IT team were unveiled.
Eblucare is a zero-layer application that completes the full range of EBLU products of Godavari electric motors including two-wheelers, three-wheelers and electric cycles. The app provides an easy and intuitive interface, enabled users to easily log in using their registered mobile number or chassis number. This provides wide access to the vehicle details and introduces a host of features designed to manage customer vehicles easily. With real-time ride tracking and turn-by-turn navigation, users can enjoy a increased driving experience. The app also includes real-time battery monitoring, ensuring that users are always informed about their battery status and designed for their visit.
Another major feature of eblucare is service management, which allows users to book service appointments, review service history and remain updated with the maintenance program. This app provides time users to attach and inform the important alerts and timely information for exclusive proposals. In addition, it provides detailed product information and warranty coverage on the fingers of users. To improve the customer experience further, the eblocare includes a response section where users can share their suggestions and experience directly with the company.
