Wardwizard Innovation & Mobility Limited, one of India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturers operating under the Joy e-Bike and Joy e-Rec brands, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ampvolts Limited; Formerly Quest Softech (India) Limited, a leading EV charging station and infrastructure provider. This strategic collaboration aims to advance green mobility solutions by leveraging the synergy of both organizations to develop robust EV charging infrastructure in India and globally.
As part of the agreement, Wardwizard Innovation & Mobility Ltd. will play a key role in identifying strategic locations to set up EV charging stations and serve as the front-end partner for key projects. The company will also ensure provision of necessary resources, including financial support, to promote the development of a comprehensive EV ecosystem.
Ampvolts Ltd will complement this partnership by supplying state-of-the-art electric vehicle charging equipment including chargers and associated hardware to Wardwizard Innovation & Mobility Ltd. They will also provide customized CMS software solutions to facilitate payment gateway and online monitoring system. The company will also expand its Battery as a Service (BaaS) offering to WardWizard’s B2B customers, providing innovative and comprehensive solutions to enhance business operations.
